Online and Phone Therapy
There are many options in today’s world for accessing services using technology. The traditional way of doing all of your counseling in person might not be right for you. While online and phone counseling is different from face-to-face counseling, it has a lot to offer.
After an initial assessment, in which we determine if this approach of counseling is appropriate for you, we can schedule appointments for online therapy sessions. You can imagine this being similar to Skype or FaceTime but with extra protection for confidentiality. People who are unable to attend regular sessions in my office due to work, vacation or other personal commitments usually use this type of counseling.
